Suggested use:

  • Shake before use
  • Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally into the side of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing
  • One spray delivers 1000 IU Vitamin D3 + 100mcg Vitamin K2.Do not exceed dose
  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight
  • Re-place cap immediately after use
  • Use within 120 days from when opened
