Suggested use:
Shake before use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally into the side of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing. 1 x spray delivers 300µg Vitamin B12 methylcobalamin. 4 x sprays deliver 1200µg.
Do not exceed the dosage.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Re-place cap immediately after use. Use within 120 days from when opened. Store out of reach of young children.
